PrintReleaf just shipped its biggest platform update ever. It's been 2 years in development, and every screen in the dashboard was rebuilt from the ground up, built around giving customers and partners more documented proof behind their environmental impact and easier ways to share progress with the people who matter to them.
Here's what's new, and what it means for you:
All 20 PrintReleaf reforestation projects, active and completed, now include a complete verification and audit timeline, along with documentation, photos, and video tours when available. Each project is independently verified against the PrintReleaf Standard, giving customers an ongoing record of how a project is progressing rather than just a single point-in-time certificate.
If you or your stakeholders have ever asked how PrintReleaf impact is verified, that record now lives directly in your account dashboard, for you to track.
QR-based impact sharing is expanding, and it is becoming more accessible to every user.
Commercial print and packaging (CPS) customers used to need their channel partner to generate and distribute a QR code on their behalf. Now those customers can generate and manage their own PrintReleaf QR codes directly from their dashboard and drop them straight into the files they send to print.
Managed print services (MPS) accounts are getting QR access for the first time. Every MPS account can now generate a custom QR code they can include on any printing that is offset with PrintReleaf sustainability offsets, giving them a new way to share verified sustainability impact with their own clients and stakeholders.
In both cases, scanning the code takes a viewer straight to that account's PrintReleaf profile, or to their Lifetime Certificate if the profile isn't public, showing real sustainability impact in real time.
PrintReleaf QR codes are built to stay scannable even at a small size, so it fits on packaging, letterhead, or marketing materials without taking up much space.
Customers can select and track preferred reforestation projects, with each with their own attributes, environmental targets and UN SDGs. That's useful for ESG reporting or sustainability communications built around specific, named projects.
Two changes make existing features more visible across the board. Carbon impact features, previously hidden depending on account role or vertical, are now visible to every account. And certificates and documents, which used to live in separate places, now live together in a single, centralized section of the dashboard.
If it's been a while since you logged in, you may already have access to more than you think.
The update also includes a redesigned sign-in, onboarding, and account-switching experience, along with a brand new order flow, both aimed at cutting friction for partners rolling this out to their own clients.
This has been a long time coming, built around one goal: giving our customers and partners clearer visibility into how impact is tracked and verified over time. Every reforestation project now carries its own audit trail, and our partners can put that directly in front of their own clients and stakeholders. That's the outcome I care about most: seeing the people we work with experience the full value of their impact.
- Jordan Darragh, PrintReleaf Founder and CEO
Sustainability claims only matter if they hold up to scrutiny. This update is built around that idea: more documentation, more access, and more ways for the people already doing the work of offsetting their paper footprint to show it.
